DC Motor
[[Image:{{{1}}}_DCMotor_Example.jpg|400px|right|link=]]
When you double click on an DC Motor object, a window like the one pictured will open.
- At the top of the window, information about your device and the properties of this particular channel will be listed.
- In the middle, the present duty cycle (from 0.0 to 1.0, where 0.0 is "no power" and 1.0 is "full power") and the back EMF in volts is displayed.
- At the bottom, the duty cycle can be set from -100% (full reverse) to 100% (full forward), and the acceleration limit can be adjusted for a faster ramp-up to the desired duty cycle. A checkbox here switches on back EMF sensing, which will cause the number above to update in real time. For more information about back EMF, see the technical section.
