TemperatureSensor (Thermocouple)
[[Image:{{{1}}}_TemperatureSensorThermocouple_Example.jpg|right|link=]]
When you double click on a Thermocouple Input object, a window like the one pictured will open.
- At the top of the window, information about your device and the properties of this particular channel will be listed.
- On the left, change trigger and data interval can be changed. For more information on these settings, see the Data Rate/Change Trigger page. You can also select the type of thermocouple you have plugged in, which is necessary for the program to calculate the correct temperature.
- On the right, the current temperature in degrees Celsius is continually updated. You can cover the thermocouple with your hands to see the temperature slowly increase. If the temperature decreases when it should be increasing, you may have the wires of the thermocouple plugged in backwards.
