Wireless VINT Hub - attached 0

Hi everyone, I recently got a Wireless VINT Hub and am having trouble connecting it to MaxMSP. While the Hub communicates seamlessly with the Phidget Control Panel (sending and receiving data without issue), I can't seem to get it recognized in MaxMSP. I've already tried adding the PhidgetVoltageInp...

Re: Unsupported VINT Phidget

Yes, I used different Phidget cables, plugged/unplugged the device, the VINT controller, and tried different VINT ports.
Attached you will find the log file.

Thanks,

Unsupported VINT Phidget

Hello, I just received in the mail a 4x Digital Input Phidget (DAQ1200_0, Active Low). When I connect to my USB VINT Hub the Phidget Control Panel shows "Unsupported VINT Phidget". Before that it was red and I successfully upgraded the firmware. I downloaded and installed both the latest P...

externals could not load due to incorrect architecture

I installed the Phidget Control Panel on an Apple M1 Monterey and everything works fine.) However, when I start my Max (v8.5) patches all the externals show the following message: "could not load due to incorrect architecture" and therefore cannot be loaded... Is it possible to update the ...

Re: VINT Hub doesn't getAttached

Thanks! Problem solved. Initially, I was trying to send a message (setIsHubPortDevice 1) to the [PhidgetVoltageRatioInput] object, but didn't change anything, although hitting (getIsHubDevice) will print 1=True in the Max Console. Then, I tried to put the message as an argument in the object [Phidge...

VINT Hub doesn't getAttached

Hello, I connect my VINT Hub Phidget on a MacBook and the Phidget Control Panel recognizes it fine. However, when I try to use one of the MaxMSP examples (PhidgetVoltageRatioInput.maxhelp) it gives me errors: - print: deviceSerialNumber -1 - PhidgetVoltageInput_setVoltageRange() failed: (0x34) Devic...

VINT Hub port 0 not connecting with REL1101

Hello, I connect my VINT Hub to my Macbook and I see its ports displayed on the Phidget Control Panel. Then I connect a 16x Isolated Solid State Relay Phidget to the VINT Hub port 0 and nothing happens. Ports 1-5 immediately populate the 16 channels on the Phidget Control Panel. Is it that port 0 of...
