I'm using phidgets to log data from multiple loadcells. The load cells have an EEPROM chip that stores calibration info which can be accessed via I2C. Is it possible to implement I2C read&write streams using any of the Phidgets I/O boards? If not I'll use an alternate microcontroller, but it wou...
