Phidget with Artisan on Mac

Hi I have installe a phidget 1048 on my Mac and want to use it with Artisan coffee roasting software. The phidget driver works and I get temp readings but I cant get readings on the Artisan Software side.

Any ideas of what maybe wrong?

Hi,

close the phidget control panel. Only one process can access the phidget at one moment.
