Phidgets Control Panel freeze after Phidget is disconnected.

Device: macOS 10.12 with Phidget21 - Version 2.1.8 - Build Sep 21 2016

Steps to reconstruct:
1. Connect Phidget (e.g. 1073_0 - PhidgetSBC3).
2. Open System Preferences -> Phidgets.
3. Go to Bonjour tab.
4. Disconnect Phidget (the one from step 1) and sometimes (1 in 10 attempts) loading ball of dead occurs.
System Preferences has to be Force Quitted.

This happened to us on iOS 9 and iOS 10 (libPhidget21.a current version) too.
