Connect Current Tranducer direct to interface board 2/2/2

Hello, I am connecting 3513_0 - CE-IZ02-32MS2-0.5 DC Current Sensor 0-1A directly to interface board without 1144 adapter as suggested in http://www.phidgets.com/products.php?ca ... _id=3513_0, But the value does not appear at all. Is it really necessary to supplied with 12V? as I need to connect it to pc usb which supply only 5V. I connect white analog cable to terminal 8 and black cable ground to terminal 6 (red does not connected to any) as shown in second image. But still value does not show up. Kindly help..

Yes, the 3513_0 requires 12V power, so you'll either need the 1144 to step the 5V supply up to 12V, or you'll need to provide an external 12V supply and connect it as shown in this diagram.
