Exception error from Phidget Control Panel using GPS

I had to format my hard drive and reinstall Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I installed the latest Phidget control panel but although the GPS shows up, when I doubleclick it I get,,,,,,,,,,

Exception starting example: The type initializer for 'GMap.net.WindowsForms.GMapControl' threw an exception.

I'm using the same computer and OS as before, but the Phidget control panel is newer. Anyone know what the problem is? If not, can I still download the older one? It worked fine before.

I should also say that the Spatial connects properly, its' just the GPS.

I have the same issue on Windows 10 64 bits AND on Windows 7 64 bits
