phidget22 on SBC3

I tried to find information on how to install Phidget Library Phidget22 on SBC3. I know that SBC3 will not run NodeJS but at least I want to use web services.
Can anybody point me to the right direction?

We recommend that you update to the newest firmware version for the 1073, which you can do by downloading it and then going to the web configuration page for your SBC. Go to System -> Backup & Restore and then restore configuration from the file you downloaded. After that, go to System -> Packages and Refresh Available Packages. You should then have the option to install the Phidget22 Network Server.

Finally after 4 years of collecting dust, my SBC3 can be usable!
NodeJS app is controlling it over network from Raspberry PI. No need for bulky PC and clumsy windows drivers.
