Load Cells

I am trying to measure impact force and I was planning to use a load cell like the 3137 - Button Load Cell (0-200kg). I am afraid to purchase the cell and the bridge to find out the response time is not fast enough to record an impact force (with a duration of 1 to 100ms max). Has anyone used this cells for something similar?

1046 sample rate max is 8ms, so this may not be good enough.
