LabView Crash on calling PhidgetAccelerometer_setOnAccelerationChangeLabviewHandler

Post by Alex »

Trying to implement the accelerometer on LabVIEW 2017 SP1. However using events, labview crash every time on calling PhidgetAccelerometer_setOnAccelerationChangeLabviewHandler through AcceEventCreate vi with Exception: Access violation (0xC0000005) at EIP=0x00007FFF2820862C Version: 17.0.1f3 (64-bit)

Switch off the AV and multiple variants with no luck.

Thank you for pointing that out, it appears you found a bug in our 64-bit LabVIEW library.

We've found the problem, and it will be fixed in an upcoming release.

In the meantime, you can try using 32-bit LabVIEW as a workaround until the fix is released.

The problem has been fixed in the latest release of Phidget22. You can download the installer for Windows from the Getting Started with Windows page.
