wireless vint hub lost password

I am using the wireless vint hub and I am connected by ethernet, but nothing is appearing on the network phidgets tab. The option to connect to the wifi network created by the wireless hub is present, but the label got peeled off of the vint hub accidentally, so I cannot access by entering the phidget wifi. Is there a way to get the wifi password, or some issue that might cause the phidget to not appear on network phidgets?

You can try going to http://hub5000.local/ in a browser. This is assuming you have installed Bonjour/mDNS.

Make sure the hub5000 is attached to your router so that it can get an IP from DHCP, don't try plugging it directly into your PC, as this is not reliable without a static IP set up.

If the .local address is not working, you'll need to find the IP from your routers DHCP log of attached devices.

Thank you! I was having an issue with the router I was using, and I changed where the ethernet was plugged in and that appears to have fixed the problem.
