16xSSR + VINT, trouble setting output

I'm sure I'm doing something simple wrong here. I have an LED connected to a REL1101_0 at channel 1. Everything seems to be communicating but for the life of me I can't get it to turn on.
I've connected the LED to port 1, as I couldn't change the port from 1 so I figured at least I'd see if just changing the duty cycle made a difference. It doesn't.
It does however report the state change with the getDutyCucle button.
It works correctly with the Phidget control panel.

I've tried putting channel=1 or any value in the [PhidgetDigitalOutput], no avail. From other posts I thought that might work and I need to create a [ ] for each channel.
Since for now this is the only VINT connected to the PC getserialnumber works from the button without it set in the [ ]. Just trying to cover all the bases before asking.
This project will be connected to 19 16x modules getting one channel to switch on and off will probably open the floodgates for me.
Also your YouTube channel appears to be gone so any help there is missing.

Interesting,I guess the REL1101_0 is not hub port device?
I changed ishubport=0 thinking I got it backwards. No difference.
Putting channel=1 (or whatever) in [PhidgetDigitalOutput]sends an error to getDutyCycle (X-15).
Phidget Control Panel still works fine.
I must be overlooking something simple I'll keep messing around.

Any ideas? Would it be possible to get a Max sample to just turn one of these ports on and off on the REL1101_0?
