Humidity phidget works with hub but not SBC

I have a humidity1001_0 phidget that works fine with a Vint hub, but doesn't show up in the control panel when connected to my SBC. I've tried switching ports and cables, including using ones that are working with other phidgets. I've rebooted my PC and my SBC 4 to no avail. I updated the firmware through the VINT. I've also tried opening the channel in a program with no luck. What other troubleshooting steps can I take?

Edit: It's the hum1001_0, not the 1000_0, sorry for the confusion!

Do other VINT devices show up when connected to that VINT port on your SBC?

Yes, I have a 4x digital relay and a thermocouple connected to the SBC and they both work fine. I've tried plugging the humudity sensor into the same ports with the same cables, and still no joy. I've checked the voltage going into the humidity sensor and it's 5.05 with the VINT (where it works) compared to 4.94 on the SBC.

Your previous post indicates you were using an HUM1001, but this post indicates HUM1000. I just want to clarify which sensor you are using, or if it is indeed both.

Sorry! It's the 1001_0. I also checked the log, and there's no note when the sensor is disconnected or connected to the SCB, though it does log my other devices.

I was able to get help through technical support. I reset the SBC and reupdated the packages, and that took care of the problem. Thanks for everyone who helped.
