HUB0000_0 connects, but HUB0001_0 does not?

Hi,
I am using the VINT hub with a few sensors. I have an older style HUB0000_0 VINT hub and a new HUB0001_0 VINT hub. The older style connects and functions as expected. The new hub does not connect and throws the error:

Phidget22.PhidgetException.PhidgetException: PhidgetException 0x03 (Timed Out)
No matching devices were found to open. Make sure your device is attached, and that your addressing parameters are specified correctly. If your Phidget has a plug or terminal block for external power, ensure it is plugged in and powered. 

My Phidget22 library is 1.13.20230203 and I am updating the VINT hub SN.

I've determined that this issue is something unique to my setup and won't apply to other folks. Admins feel free to remove this thread.
