Error $27

I am using the VINT Hub with a Distance Phidget. I all connects perfectly using the Phidgets control panel/web server.
I am trying to implement a process using the 24U Bridge for Phidgets. I believe the plugin recognizes that the Phidget is online but returns an error "Duplicate" which corresponds to your error $27. I worked with 24U to troubleshoot but neither one of us could find information on this error.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like this error gets thrown when you try to add the same network server or dictionary twice. Perhaps the 24U program has a bug that causes it to add the same server twice, or maybe your specific setup has two dictionaries or two servers with the same handle.
