Accessing two wireless hubs from a single network server

Post by ivan »

Hi, I have two Wireless VINT hubs HUB5000_0
I am connecting to them via local WiFi
I am using a third party software (Artisan) to write IO commands to the modules connected to the VINT hubs but it seems I can only specify one remote server (host name or IP address). Therefore I can only connect to one Wireless VINT at a time.

Is there a way that I can have the modules connected to the two wireless hubs I already own appear as local in my pc so I can run a network server and access all 6+6=12 modules/ports at the same time from my third party app? or any other solution suggested?

This is a question for Artisan, and depends on how they are using the phidget22 API - it's definitely possible to connect to multiple servers at once.

There isn't any way to have multiple wireless hubs appear as if they are on the same server.
