Magnetometer Calibration Spatial1042

Hello,
I've been trying to calibrate the magnetometer on the Phidget Control Panel, so i start, rotate arround the Z axis and stop.
But one I stop, the page close, and I have no parameters.
PCP Version : 1.14.20230331
Phidgets version : 303

I'm having a hard time replicating this issue on this end with the same device, firmware and library versions.

What specifically are you doing to try to calibrate the compass?

Version I was using : 1.14.20230331

What I'm doing is going to the magnetometer menu, then to calibrate menu, select 2D axis, and "start" then rotate the phidgets arround it's center. But once i finish the window crashes, and I don't get the parameters.
Somehow the issue resolved itself when i changed my computer.
