Linux, Artisan, Huky Roaster and an old Phidget 1048-0

I've been using an old 1048-0 Phidget, Windows 10 laptop and Artisan Scope, coffee roasting software,for my Huky coffee roaster for several years now but I want to move to Linux Mint (I'm slowly moving all my devices to Linux). I don't foresee any major issues with Artisan but the old 1048-0 Phidget that I've been using forever might be a different story. Would I be able to continue to use that Phidget? Is there a setup procedure for Linux? Are Linux drivers available?

All Phidgets are equally compatible with Linux, Windows, and Mac. So long as the Phidgets libraries are included with the Artisan build for Linux, I foresee no issues in switching over.
