New User - New Hardware - Cant update FW on RTD Phidget

Hi - I have just RXd my first batch of hardware

I went thru and updated FW on the hub - and on the RTD Phidget.

However the RTD Phidget is still showing red - but right clicking only offers "downgrade".

The red VINT icon indicates a high-speed capable VINT2 device. When there is an upgrade you'll see a blue arrow-up icon next to the version.
