HUB5000: right WiFi settings but "WiFi down"

Hi there,
I have a HUB5000.
Under "network", I can find my WiFi with "scan" (chanel 1 / Germny)
I made all settings correct and saved the settings.
Unfortunately, there is no WiFi connection.
Status says "WiFi down".
What exactly does the status mean with "WiFi down"?
- WiFi is switched off?
- WiFi is switched on, but there is no connection?
