Modbus Error: Failed to connect

Hello dear all,

I just acquire a Vint Hub Phidgets0001_0 / 4x Thermocouples TMP1101_1 in which i have only 2 thermocouples connected to the port 0 and 1 the to the Vint HUB also 0.
I am running it with Artisan and appears to me the MODBUS ERROR: failed to connect, i am cannot spot the failure!!

is there anybody here able to help me out?
