phidget hub 5000 wired issue

i am not seeing my hub in the control panel.
setup:
i have the hub connected with a cat 6 cable and i have setup the hub to a static ip address.
i can ping to the hub and i can enter the url using the hubs ip address
but no matter what i do i cannot see it in the control panel.
i downloaded the newest phdiget installer and install bounjer.
i am running win 11.
on my other pcs that run win10 pro i can see the the hub in the control panel.
