Package install script for Phidget22 won't install

I'm using the package install script https://www.phidgets.com/docs/OS_-_Linu ... _Install-0 to install the libraries on my Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia base: Ubuntu 22.04 jammy laptop. After running the script I get: "Your distribution, identified as "virginia", is not currently supported.
Refer to https://www.phidgets.com/docs/OS_-_Linux for source install instructions."
This is strange as I had Phidget22 installed on an older laptop which was updated to Mint 21.3 Virginia and it ran perfectly. The old laptop died and I have a newer one but now but can't install the libraries after installing Mint 21.3.
Is there a work around to allow me to use the libraries?
