Failure to connect: Modbus Error

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a Vint Hub Phidgets0001_0 / 4x Thermocouples TMP1101_1, and as of right now, I only have 2 thermocouples connected to port 0 and 1 to the Vint HUB itself, port 0.
The MODBUS ERROR: failed to connect appears to me when I run it with Artisan, and I am unable to identify the failure!

Can someone in this room assist me?

Modbus protocol is usually used for serial port communications. I'm sure someone from Phidgets can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think phidgets support modbus commands.

Typically, you would use modbus with serial-connected devices that support these. I've used it when writing C# PC-software connecting to CO2 sensors.
