housing removal

Hey guys and gals,

I am trying not to destroy my new Lux sensor. Is there an easy way to remove the top of the box? I just want to mount it in my project box.

Along the long side of the enclosure between the top half and bottom half, there is a small indent in the plastic. You can insert a small flat heat screw driver into this slot, and while gently pressing the screw driver against the side, twist the driver to "crack" open the enclosure. Some of the enclosure are a bit stubborn with this method(we have improved it on newer models), but this should allow you to remove the top.
