Hello everyone
For a test setup I need to measure the applied force continuously. This is done by a load cell from Honeywell Series 53 5000lb.
I would like to read this load cell with the phidget 1046 but this has only +-5 V output voltage whereas the load cell requires +-10V.
My idea was that I could supply the sensor with the phidget 1002 as this would deliver the required voltage and current.
Is it possible to do this?
And how would the circuit look like?
Thank you for your help,
Marcel

Keep in mind that the 1046 is only designed to read up to a maximum of about 4.75V, so even if you do power a load cell with 10V, the voltage reading coming out of the cell might be too high.
