New here, very basic question about converting velocity.....

I'm currently operating a stepper motor, 1.8 deg whose controller is the phidgets bipolar stepper controller,
I'm trying to determine the velocity of the stepper motor in m/s and rpm. However, the interface looks like attached.https://ibb.co/mQfsiF
I can't find the units of the velocity anywhere, and if known how would i convert them to rpm? and even torque.
Upon further searching I have found that the velocity is measured in steps/s.
Given this i guess for 50,000 1/16th steps i have 50,000/16 = 3125 steps / s.
since 200 steps corresponds to 1 revolution then we have 15.25 rps which is way higher than what i'm visually observing....
