Disable phidget22networkserver

I installed the Phidgets22 service on a SBC3 thinking I might use it for a project. But, I have set that aside for a while. Is there a way to permanently disable the service from loading?

(As a quick-fix, I just added "exit 0" near the top of the init.d script. But, there must be a better way).

You can disable it on in the web interface. Phidgets->Phidget22 Network Server.
