Error handled. 36867 - One or more data packets were lost

Using a Phidget Actuator after 5000 cycles of elongation and narrowing, I get this message :
Error handled. 36867 - One or more data packets were lost

Any clue why and how I could get this actuator to cycle indefinitely. Thank you.

Which actuator are you using? And what are you using to control it?
