Silent installation

I'm trying to silently install the phidgets control panel, but I'm keeping seeing the request to accept .NET framework 3.5 License Agreement, even if .net 3.5 is already installed on the computer. Is there a switch I didn't see ?

Are you silently installing the exe or the msi? You should extract the msi from the exe and do a silent install of the msi.
