Hello,

I connect my VINT Hub to my Macbook and I see its ports displayed on the Phidget Control Panel.
Then I connect a 16x Isolated Solid State Relay Phidget to the VINT Hub port 0 and nothing happens. Ports 1-5 immediately populate the 16 channels on the Phidget Control Panel.
Is it that port 0 of my VINT Hub is defective or I am missing something.

If it is detected fine on the other five ports, there could be something wrong with the VINT Hub. The only other thing I can think of is if another program has that port open as a Digital Input / Digital Output / Voltage Input / Voltage Ratio Input, it would prevent the relay from showing up. To rule this out, I would try plugging it into another computer and see if port 0 works there. Or, restart your computer and make sure no other processes are running that could be using the Phidget. If the problem persists, I'd send an email to support@phidgets.com.
